Before travel is confirmed, we conduct a comprehensive virtual assessment to ensure a clear surgical strategy.
- Documentation Required: High-resolution MRI, CT, or X-ray files (Digital DICOM format preferred), latest laboratory results, and a summary of your medical history.
- Case Review: Dr. Akinola personally reviews your imaging to determine if you are a candidate for surgery at our facilities.
- Tele-Consultation: A secure video call is scheduled to discuss the surgical plan, expected outcomes, and recovery timelines. Note: All appointments default to West Africa Time WAT (GMT+1).

Official Coordination & Visa Support
Once a treatment plan is agreed upon, we facilitate the formal entry process into Nigeria.
- Medical Invitation Letter: We provide a formal letter on official practice letterhead, detailing the nature of treatment, estimated duration of stay, and assigned surgeon. This is a mandatory requirement for the Nigerian Medical Tourism Visa (F7C).
- Financial Estimates: A transparent, itemized quotation is provided, covering surgical fees, hospital stay, and implant costs.

We ensure a seamless transition from the airport to our partner clinical facilities.
- Airport Meet & Greet: Private transport from Murtala Muhammed International Airport (Lagos) or Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport (Abuja) directly to your accommodation or the hospital.
- Premium Accommodation: We coordinate stays at partner hotels in Victoria Island (Lagos) or Wuse (Abuja), selected for their proximity to our surgical hubs and high standards of security and comfort.
